Starting to homeschool…where to begin?

I was very humbled today to get a Facebook message from my husband’s cousin asking me about what I use to homeschool our kiddos because she was considering homeschooling hers.  Humbled because I often feel so inadequate to educate these 5 precious blessings God has given us and knowing that I so often fall very short of the expectations I set out with at the beginning of the school year.

Since I have realized that some of you may be considering homeschooling or have children in school and are considering pulling them out, I thought it might be helpful to post some of what I wrote to her.
