The Newsletter is Online
Well, my cabin fever dissipated a little this weekend when our family traveled for 26 hours (13 hours each way) to Nashville, TN to see our dear friend, Dan Meyers, get married! It was through Dan that I met my husband, so we were thrilled to share in his special day.
Unfortunately for me, I missed the entire ceremony, which I’ve been told was BEAUTIFUL, because we have a “won’t be quiet enough for a wedding” Little Prince with a bad case of cabin fever.
The church was SO pretty. It was a new church with old styling. Our 2nd daughter said she wouldn’t want to go to a church like that…and I assumed correctly that it was because it didn’t have cushioned seats like we have at our current church! :o)
Anyway, Dan is a very gifted Christian singer and songwriter. You can check out his music at www.DanMeyers.com
Well, in case you missed it, this is my final call to participate in the short survey I’m conducting.
In exchange for your help, I want to GIVE you a copy of an audio I recorded recently with Sarah Cook of Raising CEO Kids. There will be a spot to enter your email at the end of the survey…put your current email in there to get a copy of the audio. This is the only way I have to know who to send it to.
Check it out right now…
For those of you who’ve already replied, THANK YOU! You should have already gotten the email with a link to your audio.
The BIG Announcement!!! by Susan Whitehead
Well, I’ve teased about it on past blog posts and even hinted at it in a video, but now I am ready to tell you my big announcement!
Drum roll please………
During the week of February 22nd (actually it’s going to last more than a week!), I am going to be bringing you some of the TOP experts on homeschool entrepreneurship in my first annual expo!
I have been busily interviewing some folks you may recognize… Bob and Tina Farewell, formerly of Lifetime Books and Gifts, Terri Johnson of Knowledge Quest Maps, Cindy Rushton who has too many websites to list, and others.
And the BEST part of all this is that you can attend without having to pack you your kids in the minivan and drive 13 hours to hear them! Trust me…I wouldn’t do that to you after the weekend we just had! :o)
It’s all going to be online and is one ANYONE can afford. How’s zero dollars sound?!? I told you this was a BIG announcement!
I’m not ready to give you the link to sign up, yet, but don’t worry…there’s room for everyone. That’s the beauty of doing things online. I don’t have to book a huge convention center and turn people away who want in!
On February 15th, I’ll send out a link so you can register for your spot. And there is an option for those of you who want to hear everything, but can’t commit to being available every day for each interview.
So…keep your eyes peeled for a message next Monday! You won’t want to miss this!
If any of you have survived the toddler years with your own “Little Prince”, I would L-O-V-E to hear how you do it! My older girls and I are run ragged each day trying to entertain (and keep out of trouble) this 17 month old ball o’ energy.
I have a feeling that having warmer weather so he could play outside will help, but looking at the forecast for the rest of the week, I know it’s not exactly going to be warm. Send your tips this way…PLEASE! :o)
Have a great day!
